FEATURE DESCRIPTIONS
Each border (or frame as it is also called) is custom designed for you to suit your event or theme. This service comes standard with all packages. Or you can design it yourself of course, we'll even supply you with a blank template.
Our Standard package allows for Landscape Borders. Our Advanced Package allows for one of either Landscape, Portrait or Square. Multi format option (allowing guests to choose which format) is available as an upgrade.
QR Codes are the new norm and allow guests to very easily take a photo and integrate it into a custom frame. It can be used for multiple events or occasions.
We'll create the QR-Code for you. Or you can create your own Static or Dynamic QR-Code. You'll then have total control over where it points to and when.
Pre-populated Social Sharing links can be placed on the last screen of the photo taking experience or the Micro-Site. These allow for very easy posting and sharing to social media which automatically includes your custom text etc. You can also create #Hashtags which auto populate the post.
Our Standard Packages include basic photo count reporting . Our Advanced packages provide more frequent and/or more advanced reporting including shares and breakdowns. You'll know exactly how you're doing!
GDPR is a mechanism used in Europe to safe guard personal data. It is required in some countries. A pop up screen during the process requires the customer to acknowledge where necessary.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I design my own border?
Yes you can. Although a design is already included in your package if you wanted to create your own, you can. We'll even supply you with a template package to work from! The overlay frame can include logos, text, images, pretty much anything you want!
Can we customize the users 'Journey'
Yes you can. On some packages each screen the user sees can be customized. The email that is sent with the photo can also be customized with text, links etc.
Can I have multiple events with different border designs?
Yes you can. We have packages that include design changes, and upgrade options available for those one off events.
Are the photo packages unlimited?
Our packages are 'capped' at set quantities. These should be adequate for most events but if you think you'll go over this we have upgrade packages available.
If you think you'll be hitting more than these caps contact us and we'll make the perfect package for you.
Can we obtain or access the photos taken during or after the event?
Yes. There are several options for creating galleries, slideshows, live mosaics and streaming slideshow presentations. Note: An extra 'permission' step may be required to let guests know their photo is being saved.
Can guests create Animated GIFs or moving images??
Yes. There are options on some packages to allow guests to create GIFs and Boomerangs.
Aside from the digital frame overlay, can guests embellish their photos in other ways?
Yes. On some packages there are options to add custom 'digital stickers'. Visitors can choose from a small selection (up to 5) and precisely size and place onto their photo. An example could be to add love heart overlays to a scene shot or goofy props at a festival.

We have a single, one off event and don't need long term, can you help us?

Can I get a free trial?
No, but you can try our free demo as many times as you'd like.
Can I embed this into our website?
Yes you can. We can provide you with a simple 'embed code' so you can place it within your own pages. In addition to the usual method of taking or uploading the photos of course.
Can I add a disclaimer and/or permission required into the experience?
Yes. We can place these into the beginning of user workflow.
Can we capture email address's from visitors
Yes you can, we have an option for this. It's a very good way to engage with visitors and we can include a simple step to give permission to add themselves to your mailing list.
Can we add survey questions or a questionnaire
Yes you can. We can a a small quantity of questions into the user workflow.
Can we create the post text for when the user shares on social media?
Yes you can. You can create #Hashtags and message text which will auto populate when the users shares their photo.
